The creation of this new plant will employ 10 people and produce energy equivalent to the annual consumption of 105 families.
The installation for Perseida Belleza, in Jerez de los Caballeros, will succeed in avoiding 51.24 tons of CO2 per year.
Perseida Belleza is a leading firm in the beauty sector specializing in the manufacture of cosmetics, perfumery, hygiene, personal and childcare products, and sunscreens for leading international retail chains.
With this project, Perseida Belleza will produce its own photovoltaic energy, reducing CO2 emissions by 51.24 t each year and increasing its competitiveness. Furthermore, the creation of the plant, for which Alterna Energía will lead the engineering, construction, and maintenance, will employ 10 people, and the energy production will be equivalent to the annual consumption of 105 families.
Perseida Belleza belongs to Grupo Industrial CL, a corporation for which Alterna Energía carried out the construction of several photovoltaic plants located at its factories in 2020. Likewise, it is planned to commission 3 more plants in different factories of the industrial group before the end of the year, generating a total aggregate power of 2 MW.
